James Proctor serves as both manager and co-director for All Out Soccer Camp. Since 1999, James has managed and directed clinics, day camps and high school pre-season programs throughout the New England area.
James has seen the growth in the hugely popular co-ed preparatory overnight team camp which was established with seven schools taking part several year ago now. The camp has steadily grown each year and will see twenty seven teams take part this summer .
James has just finished his 22nd year at the helm of the Worcester Academy boy's soccer program. James has revitalized the program and made it into a regular post season contender.
Prior to arriving at WA, James served as an assistant coach in 1999 at BB-N in Cambridge where he helped them to a New England Prep, semi final. James has been very active with the local soccer scene since 1998, coaching camps and premier soccer teams. James is a current club coach for New England Eagles Futbol Club and holds a USSF National "B" coaching license. In 2008 James led the New England Eagles to a Boys U16, Massachusetts State Cup Title & Fair play award and followed that up with a Semi Final appearance at regional's and again picked up the regional fair play award.
James was a professional soccer player for twelve years before retiring in 2005.

Bob Pipe
Bob Pipe joined All Out Soccer Camp in 2007 and serves as co-director for the program.
After playing collegiate soccer for Babson College and later played for the Boston Storm, Bob began coaching as an assistant coach at Northeastern University and also at Babson College. Bob has also coached for the top-ranked FC Greater Boston Bolts, taking several of his teams to state championships and beyond.
At Rivers, his team has advanced to the New England Tournament in seven out of the last 10 years, winning three New England Championships along the way including the Class A title and an I.S.L. crown in 2001. In 2007 he earned his 100th win as the head coach at Rivers. Bob is currently the Director of Athletics at St. George's School, in Middleton, Rhode Island.
